Do you plan fundraisers, birthdays or weddings?
No, not usually. If you'd like help with a recognition/ celebration event for 21+ I'd be happy to hear what you have you mind.
Are there additional services you can offer to our event?
If needed, I can provide ticket sales service, online event hosting, registration services and data collection in forms of surveys or polling if requested.
Do you market our event?
Successful event promotion requires seamless access to your social media accounts, branding guidelines, and customer databases. During our consultation, I'll provide strategic promotional recommendations tailored to your event, including timing suggestions and estimated costs. This collaborative approach ensures all marketing efforts align perfectly with your brand voice while leveraging your existing channels and resources.
I can't find you on social media. Would you like us to tag or @ you?
No thank you. I am a discreet person and my energies are focused elsewhere. I don't even mind if you throw out a "Oh, this is just something we threw together". None of my branding is ever public facing, In my book, if you pay for it = you made it happen.
What are your qualifications for running our event?
I've got a Bachelor Degree in Business, with an emphasis in small business development from Westminster College. I worked as an Event Manager at the Salt Palace Convention Center managing meetings, conferences, conventions and trade shows for 100-30,000 attendees. Previous clients includes Parliament of World Religions, Qualtrics, and Salt Lake Comic-Con enforcing OSHA standards, ensuring public safety and positive experiences. I've worked in marketing within both corporate and non-profit sectors and understand the importance of utmost quality while being mindful of wise use of resources.
